OVERVIEW:

Abigail, lives alone on a dreary military base in Northern England, her life a daily battle with the crippling fear of her violent and abusive husband returning home from war.

While her husband is away on a tour of duty, she finds happiness in a secret love affair with a friend. When news rumours to circulate around the base that her husband’s entire regiment have been lost in battle, she dares to hope he is never be coming back and is free.

Her world is suddenly torn apart by her husband’s unexpected and horrifying return, but something isn’t right. Sickened by his injuries and the sense of brooding evil that surrounds him, she is forced to care for him and slowly begins to lose her grip on reality.

Abigail is strong but broken, the victim of one too many bad life choices, she yearns for an escape from her miserable existence.

Mrs Davis: Nuala Walsh

Steely neighbour with a hard and cold exterior battered down by a life of heart break and loss.

Steve: Teddy Linard

A violent and brutish soldier.

DOP: JOSH WILLIAMS

Josh is a highly experienced Cinematographer, who won his first award with the viral “We Wants It” featuring Andy Serkis. He then went on to work on many horror/sci-fi films such as “The Seed” & “The Alter” with work spanning 20 years for Lionsgate films, NBC Universal, Disney+ and Netflix.

Co-Founder of Visionary Pictures, Natalie is a Director and established Producer who has produced Short Films as well as Music Videos and Social Media Campaigns for brands such as EMI Records and Universal Music group, Virgin and BAFTA. her recent work as a Director and Producer have streamed on TV, AVOD and SVOD platforms and premiered around the world.
